TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

Comprehensive employee and/or stakeholder engagement assessment to effectively identify and address employee and organisational development needs. Surveys are provided for selected groups to systematically evaluate job satisfaction, skills gaps, leadership effectiveness, perception and contribution towards organisational values, well-being and customer service. Thorough findings and recommendations will be provided and presented, allowing the organisation to efficiently address support needs, build on strengths and opportunities, and eliminate or minimise threats or challenges.

Tailored change management program with an aim to transform the organisational culture through facilitating bespoke motivational workshops and engaging change initiatives. Starts with a training needs analysis providing details about the levels of employee engagement, and further addressing these development areas through impactful workshops ranging from leadership development and team building activities to bite-size personal development sessions.
